Information processed
Google sign-in supplies an account identifier, email address, display name and, when provided, profile image. The service stores your selected country/region, poll content and backgrounds, votes and passion progress, group membership, invitation permissions, and daily publishing credit records. Guest participation uses an anonymous session identifier.
Purpose and public visibility
We use these records to sign you in, apply country feeds and language preferences, count and revise votes, control invitations, prevent duplicate requests and abuse, and administer the service. Public poll questions, choices, uploaded backgrounds and aggregate results can be viewed and indexed. Group and private polls require permission; recipients can still copy information they can access. Participation-type breakdowns require login. Account email addresses and individual ballot records are not published on public poll pages.
Infrastructure and browser storage
The live service uses Supabase for authentication and database storage, Vercel for hosting and server processing, Google for Google sign-in and web-font delivery, and GitHub for source control. Source control does not contain service account data or private keys. Supabase’s configured database region is Seoul; provider operations and Google sign-in may involve processing in other countries under their own terms. Necessary browser storage maintains login sessions, language preference, temporary sign-in handoffs and connection retry state. Hosting providers may process technical request logs for delivery and security. This notice does not claim that all provider processing is confined to one country.
Retention and requests
Account records are retained while needed to provide the account. Polls moved to the trash remain recoverable; moving a poll to trash is not permanent deletion. Vote and operational records may remain where necessary to preserve results, resolve disputes or protect against abuse. To request access, correction, account closure or deletion, email addition41@gmail.com from your account email where possible. We verify identity, review applicable obligations and explain any records that must remain. Do not email passwords, login codes or payment details.
